Private Duty Assistance

CaringLegends, LLC Personal Care or Private Duty Aides offer specialized elder/disabled care services required by a person who is “Home-Bound” or  deemed as having a “Chronic and Stable” condition by their physician.

This service includes a wide variety of Companion, Respite & Homemaker Services, as well as any additional assistance needed for your loved-one, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). These services include:

Our Care Management program provides professional guidance, consultation, planning, oversight and service coordination to assist in maintaining loved one independence at home allowing family caregivers to be family at most times.

Medicaid

Home and Community Based Services(HCBS) provide opportunities for Medicaid beneficiaries to receive services in the comfort of their home or community rather than institutionalized setting.

The HCBS Medicaid program pays for services to allow elderly or disable individuals stay in their home or community.

CaringLegends, LLC is an approved agency by the state of Missouri to provided services to eligible Medicaid recipients requiring Consumer Directed Services (CDS) or In-Home Services (IHS).

The Consumer Directed Services is one in which a loved one or friend may care for the disabled/elderly Medicaid recipient and get paid for doing so. However, husbands or wives cannot get paid for caring for each other under this program.

Consumer Direct Services (CDS)

We are an approved Missouri State Provider for Consumer-Direct Services (CDS), a state-funded program wherein family/friends could get paid for caregiving services they provide. To participate, you must be:

  • Medicaid eligible
  • 18 years or older and disabled

Hospice (End-Of-Life) Care

CaringLegends, LLC brings our passion to care, compassion and sensitivity to those suffering from a terminal illness. Many of our caregivers have in-depth experience with Hospice Care. They possess a very special ability to attend to your loved one’s needs during their final days.

CaringLegends, LLC caregivers will work along with a Hospice Agency or medical provider to meet the care needed in a peaceful and dignifying manner.
